Stacey Abrams is the failed gubernatorial candidate who still refuses to admit that she lost her election. Go ask her…she’ll tell you that she won, even though she lost, bigly.
“We had this little election back in 2018,” she said during a speech at the National Action Network. “And despite the final tally and the inauguration and the situation we find ourselves in, I do have very affirmative statement to make: We won.”
Um…you lost by nearly 60,000 votes.
“On November 6, I said from the podium that we were going to not declare anything until every vote is counted, and on November 16, I decided to acknowledge the states of the election but I refused to concede,” Abrams said. “Because here’s the thing concession means to say something is right and true and proper.”
“I’m a good lawyer, and I understand that the law of the land said that Brian Kemp became governor that day and I acknowledge that, but you can’t trick me into saying it was right,” she added. “You can’t shame me into pretending what happened should have happened.”
Hold on:

Delusional. Yet Abrams is the daring of the Democrat party, with even Joe Biden’s folks mentioning her as a potential VP candidate.
Well her balloon may be about to burst, because Abrams is now under investigation by the state ethics commission for what are reportedly serious election financing violations:
The Georgia state ethics commission will subpoena bank records from Stacey Abrams’ 2018 gubernatorial campaign and several other groups that raised money to help her candidacy.
David Emadi, a former Douglas County prosecutor who became director of the state ethics commission Monday, announced on Thursday that he will soon subpoena Abrams’ gubernatorial campaign, various political action committees and special interest groups that supported her failed campaign, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution.
“What I can say about the investigation into the Abrams campaign is in the relatively near future, I expect we will be issuing subpoenas for bank and finance records of both Miss Abrams and various PACs and special-interest groups that were affiliated with her campaign,” Emadi said to reporters on Thursday.
As he must, the Commisioner is keeping his lips sealed on the details, but the AJR is reporting that there were “possibly over $2 million in illegal transations” between her Soros handlers and Abrams. Sounds pretty serious.
And TDC reports the FEC is also about to launch an investigation as well.
But this is Stacey Abrams we’re talking about. If she ends up in prison…she can just deny she’s there!
