A far-left North Dakota man was convicted in federal court for smashing the office door of U.S. Senator John Hoeven’s office in Fargo. Reportedly a staff member was inside, who cowered out of sight and then called 911.

The Post Millennial reported today that the suspect, Alexander Starks, is an Antifa activist.

In April, he pleaded guilty to a charge of destruction of government property. Federal sentencing guidelines directed 10–16 months in prison.

However, after intervention of FBI counsel, Starks was given only probation

and fined $2,784 for restitution.

Basically they just made this Antifa scumbag pay for the door!

And just last month, in October, the FBI even gave Starks his axe back!

Meanwhile, a man wearing buffalo horns — whose own MD said he was “autistic” — was sentenced to 41 months in prison last week for walking inside the U.S. Capitol, after police gave him permission to walk the halls on January 6th.

  1. There is no justice in the law, it all linked to race, color & creed and whether or not you are perceived to be advantaged, oh, sorry I’m repeating myself!

  2. They do nothing about this but jail the man who was protesting wear animal hat, did no damage but he has been in jail ever since. Now that is wrong and those who up hold those types of in justices will not be remaining in office.
